Manage Email Hosting from Customer Dash → Email Hosting.

Set up an email domain

  1. Choose an available plan and review its mailbox, domain, storage, billing period, and price.
  2. Complete checkout with a domain you control.
  3. Add the required DNS records shown in the Dash, or use DNS synchronization when the Dash confirms it can manage the zone.
  4. Verify the domain and allow time for DNS propagation.
  5. Create mailboxes within the plan limits.
  6. Use the IMAP/SMTP settings shown for the service when configuring an email client.

Mailboxes and aliases

The Dash can create and delete mailboxes and rotate mailbox passwords where supported. Deleting a mailbox can remove access to stored mail. Export anything important first. An alias routes mail to another address. It is not a separate mailbox and does not have its own storage or login.

Renewals and suspension

Keep enough KmerHosting credit before a renewal attempt when the service uses account credit. If the service is suspended for billing, resolve the billing state in the Dash first. Changing DNS or recreating a mailbox does not renew the service.

Downgrades

Any reduction of the plan, mailbox count, storage, connected-domain capacity, or another included feature requires KmerHosting Support. Include the request subject and the email address of the affected KmerHosting account so Support can review the change and reduce the risk of data loss or service inconsistencies.
Never send a mailbox password to Support. Rotate the password if access may have been exposed.

Developer access

Supported Email Hosting automation is documented in the Developer documentation and API Reference.
