The Customer Dash is the central place for account-level billing and service management.
Credit and payments
Open Billing → Credit and payments to review account credit and payment activity.
KmerHosting account credit is recorded in USD. When a payment gateway uses another supported currency, the payment amount is converted using current exchange-rate data when the payment link is created.
Add account credit
- Enter the amount in USD.
- Choose an available payment method.
- Complete the payment on the payment page.
- Return to the Dash and follow the transaction status.
A payment is credited only after it is confirmed. A failed, cancelled, or refunded recharge does not add KmerHosting credit.
Do not create a second payment for the same recharge while the first one is still pending.
Invoices and receipts
Open Billing → Invoices and receipts to view available billing documents.
An invoice describes an amount due or charged. A receipt records a completed payment.
Keep the document or transaction reference when contacting Support.
Renewals and auto-renew
Open All services and products → Renewals to review eligible services, renewal dates, billing periods, prices, and auto-renew status.
- Auto-renew uses available KmerHosting credit when the renewal is attempted.
- Insufficient credit can prevent renewal.
- Manual renewal shows the applicable period and amount before confirmation.
- Product grace, suspension, expiry, and recovery rules can differ by service.
Downgrades
Any downgrade or reduction of a plan, storage, bandwidth, compute resources, mailbox capacity, account limits, databases, or another included feature requires KmerHosting Support.
When contacting Support, provide:
- the subject of the request; and
- the email address of the affected KmerHosting account.
KmerHosting reviews downgrades before applying them to avoid incompatible limits, data loss, or service inconsistencies.
Cancellation and recovery
Cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current paid period unless the product explicitly states otherwise.
Use Keep service, Resume, or Revoke cancellation before the displayed cutoff when available.
After termination, data recovery may no longer be possible.
Usage and spending
Open Account → Usage and spending for account credit, service counts, spending information, upcoming renewals, and recorded API usage where available.
Notifications and settings
Use Account → Notifications for account and service notices.
Use Account → Settings for profile, security, billing details, connected accounts, data export, and account deletion controls.
Failed service charge or provisioning
If a service charge is recorded as failed after KmerHosting credit was deducted, the applicable amount is returned to KmerHosting account credit.
This is different from a refund to an external card, Mobile Money account, or bank account. See the refund policy for external refund rules.
Never send a password, API key, private key, full card number, CVV, PIN, or one-time code to Support.
