KmerHosting advertises multiple infrastructure regions, but region, plan, product, and stock availability are not interchangeable. Select only from the locations shown by the live checkout for the exact service. A region shown elsewhere on the website is not a promise that every product can be deployed there.

Before choosing a region

  • Prefer proximity to your users and required third-party services.
  • Consider data-location, latency, application, licensing, and compliance needs.
  • Check current stock and the plan’s network allocation at checkout.
  • Ask support before purchase if a precise location is contractually important.

IPv4 and IPv6

The order summary or service record determines the addresses allocated to a service. Do not assume a dedicated IPv4, additional IPv4, IPv6 prefix, reverse DNS control, or portable address unless the product explicitly states it. API-key IPv4 allowlists accept the trusted public source IPv4 addresses that will call the KmerHosting API. They do not configure a VPS firewall and do not accept a private LAN address as a substitute for the public egress address.

DNS and propagation

DNS changes can take time according to TTL, recursive resolver cache, registry, and DNS service processing. Confirm authoritative nameservers first, then inspect the record from more than one resolver. See DNS and email troubleshooting.
