Check the service first

Confirm that you are signed in to the KmerHosting account that owns the affected service and verify the service ID before repeating an action. For API operations, a 404 can mean that the resource does not exist or does not belong to the authenticated account.

Pending operations

Some DNS, Email Hosting, panel-access, and infrastructure actions can take time to complete. Check the latest service state before submitting the same action again. For API writes, reuse the same idempotency key when the outcome of the first request is uncertain.

Free Hosting suspended or terminated

  • Suspended for inactivity means the service reached 20 days without qualifying activity.
  • Signing in to the KmerHosting Dash alone does not reset the inactivity clock.
  • If the service was suspended specifically for inactivity, open cPanel, DirectAdmin, or File Manager through KmerHosting before the deletion deadline to trigger supported recovery.
  • Terminated means the service reached 30 days of inactivity and its hosted data was deleted.
  • Inactivity termination does not restore the one-time Free Hosting claim.
See Free Hosting for the complete lifecycle.

Destructive actions

Review the target service and current state before confirming destructive actions such as reinstall, snapshot rollback, snapshot deletion, or force stop. For Support, provide the account email, service ID, request ID when available, timestamp, and sanitized error. Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, temporary access links, or one-time codes.
