Start as a customer

  1. Create or sign in to your Customer Dash.
  2. Open Billing → Credit and payments and add account credit through a payment option shown to your account when needed.
  3. Open Pricing → All pricing to compare the current catalog. Domain, Email Hosting, and Shared Hosting actions open their Dash order workspaces directly. You can also use All services and products → Availability to see what can currently be ordered, or My products for standalone KmerHosting products. The public pricing page remains available for browsing without signing in.
  4. Complete checkout only once, then follow the displayed order or provisioning status.
  5. Return to the Customer Dash to manage Domains, Email Hosting, and Shared Hosting. Specialized services such as LXC or existing KVM instances can still open their dedicated application when needed.

Choose a developer interface

1. Create a scoped API key

In the Customer Dash, open Developer → API keys, select only the scopes your integration needs, choose a short expiration, add trusted IPv4 addresses when required, and copy the secret once. Store it in a server-side secret manager.
Never put this value in browser code, a mobile app, a repository, screenshots, or logs.

2. Verify access

Every successful API response contains data and request_id. Keep the request ID when contacting support.
