Plans and billing
Quarterly billing receives 5% off, semi-annual billing receives 10% off, and annual billing receives 15% off the plan price.
The live Dash and checkout summary are authoritative for the final plan limits and included features.
Included domain
Launch and Scale include one free first-year .com registration with annual billing. Pro and Agency include one free first-year .com, .net, or .org registration with annual billing. Normal domain renewal pricing applies after the first year. Premium domains, availability, and registry restrictions still apply. Claim an eligible benefit from Dash → Domains.Nameservers and SSL
Launch and Scale use the standard nameservers shown for the service. Pro and Agency include private nameservers. Free SSL certificates are included where supported by the hosted domains and service configuration.Extra storage
Additional storage is available through KmerHosting Support at $0.005 per GB per month.Activation and access
After a successful order, the service appears in the Dash while activation completes. When active, use Open DirectAdmin from the Reseller Hosting page. If no domain was supplied during ordering, KmerHosting can assign a temporary domain so activation can continue.Renewals and cancellation
Before a manual renewal is confirmed, the Dash shows the amount for the selected renewal period. If a scheduled cancellation exists and you manually renew the service, the scheduled cancellation is removed so the newly purchased period is preserved. Manual renewal does not automatically enable future auto-renewal.Downgrades
Any downgrade or reduction of a plan, storage, bandwidth, account capacity, nameserver option, or another included feature requires KmerHosting Support. Include:- the subject of the request; and
- the email address of the affected KmerHosting account.
