Manage domains from Customer Dash → Domains.

Search and register

Use Single domain or Bulk search to check current availability and pricing. Bulk search accepts up to 20 unique domains at once. When a domain is already registered, it is shown as Taken and cannot be registered as a new domain. Before ordering:
  • review registration and renewal pricing;
  • select or create accurate registrant contact details;
  • check any TLD-specific restrictions;
  • submit the order once and follow its status.
Availability checks are not reservations. A domain is only secured after registration completes successfully.

Included hosting domains

Eligible annual hosting subscriptions can provide one first-year domain registration benefit. For paid Shared Hosting, eligible extensions are .com, .org, .pro, and .net. Free Hosting does not include this benefit. Reseller Hosting benefits follow the rules shown for the selected Reseller plan. An unused hosting-domain benefit can be claimed from Dash → Domains while it remains eligible. Premium domains are excluded. The included registration is free only for the first year. Future renewals use the normal live domain renewal price and remain separate from hosting renewal.

Transfer a domain

Before starting a transfer:
  1. unlock the domain at the current registrar;
  2. make sure the registrant email is accessible;
  3. obtain the EPP/auth code; and
  4. check any transfer restrictions that apply to the TLD.
A transfer can take time and does not automatically change website or email DNS records.

Renew, restore, and protect a domain

Renew before expiry and keep sufficient account credit when auto-renew is enabled. Grace and redemption periods depend on the TLD. If a domain has expired and no restore control is available, contact KmerHosting Support promptly. Registry lock and WHOIS privacy are available only where supported.

DNS

The Dash supports common DNS records such as A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SRV, and CAA. DNS changes can take time to propagate. Always confirm that you are editing the authoritative DNS zone before repeating a change.

Nameservers, forwarding, and glue records

Use nameserver changes when another DNS service will become authoritative for the domain. Domain forwarding redirects web requests and does not replace email forwarding or all DNS behavior. Glue or child nameservers are used for hosts such as ns1.example.com when you operate authoritative nameservers for your own domain.

Developer access

The public domain availability API and supported authenticated domain operations are documented under Developer tools and the API Reference.
