This page defines KmerHosting’s default service-level position. It prevents a catalog claim, status badge or provider certification from being mistaken for a contractual uptime promise.
Default policy
Public marketing describes service capabilities and current availability. It does not silently add an uptime percentage, recovery objective or compensation promise that is absent from the applicable order or agreement.
KmerHosting does not publish one universal contractual uptime percentage or automatic service-credit schedule for every product. A contractual uptime percentage or credit applies only when it is stated in the relevant order, plan, agreement or service-specific SLA.
If an order or service-specific agreement includes a stronger availability, support or recovery commitment, that written commitment controls for that service.
Maintenance may temporarily affect availability. KmerHosting uses reasonable efforts to communicate material planned maintenance when advance notice is practical.
Urgent security, stability or provider work may require maintenance without the same advance notice when delay would increase risk.
Registries, infrastructure providers, control-panel vendors and other third parties can affect a service. Provider responsibilities and KmerHosting responsibilities are described on the Infrastructure & providers page.
A backup feature does not replace an independent customer backup unless the applicable service agreement expressly makes KmerHosting responsible for a specific backup or recovery objective.
Operational information
The public status page is the reference for current platform incidents and maintenance. It is separate from account-specific support and from any contractual service-level term.
