AI Usage Policy

1. Scope

This AI Usage Policy applies to KmerHosting AI Agent and any KmerHosting feature that generates text, code, summaries, recommendations, classifications, commands, or automated workflow assistance. It supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the terms of the specific product that contains the AI feature.

2. What AI features can do

AI features may help explain technical information, draft content, summarize logs or documents, suggest configurations, answer questions, generate code, or prepare an operational action. The exact capability depends on the product, account permissions, model, available context, and service status.

3. Accuracy and limitations

AI output may be incomplete, outdated, biased, insecure, or incorrect. It may omit important context, misunderstand a request, produce code with vulnerabilities, or recommend a change that is unsuitable for your environment. AI output is not professional legal, financial, medical, security, or operational advice and should not be treated as a final decision.

4. Human review and responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated content, commands, configuration changes, access scopes, and recommendations before relying on or applying them. Keep a human approval step for production, security-sensitive, irreversible, financial, legal, or customer-impacting actions. Verify sources, test changes in a safe environment, and maintain independent backups.

5. Information you must not submit

Only provide information that you are authorized to use and that is necessary for the requested task. Unless a specific KmerHosting feature expressly documents appropriate safeguards, do not submit:

• Passwords, private keys, recovery codes, API secrets, access tokens, payment card data, or authentication cookies.
• Confidential information belonging to another person, company, customer, employer, or provider without authorization.
• Sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the feature to work.
• Data subject to a legal, contractual, regulatory, export-control, or confidentiality restriction that the feature cannot support.

6. AI inputs, outputs, and providers

AI requests and outputs may be processed by KmerHosting and, where a feature uses an external model or provider, by that provider. Retention, security, location, and use of AI data depend on the specific feature and provider configuration. Do not assume that an AI request is private, ephemeral, or excluded from provider retention unless the product documentation expressly says so.

7. Automated and infrastructure actions

Where an AI feature can prepare or execute an operational action, use available permissions, confirmation, scope, and audit controls. Review the target, command, affected resources, estimated impact, and rollback plan before approval. You remain responsible for ensuring that an action is authorized and safe for your environment.

8. Prohibited uses

You must not use KmerHosting AI features to generate malware, conduct unauthorized access, evade security controls, facilitate fraud, create phishing content, make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review, violate a person’s rights, or process information in violation of law or a third-party agreement.

9. Availability and changes

AI features may be unavailable, rate limited, modified, or discontinued. KmerHosting may update models, prompts, safeguards, supported inputs, and workflows to improve reliability, security, or compliance. A previous output is not a promise that the same output will be produced later.

10. Questions and reports

Report unsafe, inaccurate, abusive, or privacy-sensitive AI behavior to [email protected]. Include the feature name, approximate time, and a description of the problem, but do not send secrets or unnecessary personal information.
