Hosting
Plans, control panels and application limits.
DirectAdmin offers Standard, PHP and WordPress Hosting. cPanel offers Standard, PHP, Node.js, Python, Laravel and WordPress Hosting.
No. Those dedicated runtime families are cPanel-only. DirectAdmin Standard Hosting still includes supported Node.js and Python access where the selected plan advertises it.
Standard Hosting is general-purpose. PHP, Node.js, Python, Laravel and WordPress plans expose workload-specific tooling and plan-specific application or website limits.
Yes on their dedicated plan families. WordPress plans include WordPress preinstallation on DirectAdmin and cPanel. Laravel Hosting is cPanel-only and includes Laravel preinstallation plus Composer CLI access.
Self-service upgrades stay inside the same plan family. Moving between hosting categories or between DirectAdmin and cPanel requires a support review.
The Shared Hosting portal is authoritative for current plan limits and live availability. The main website provides a public plan snapshot, while provider capacity can change.
Yes. Shared Hosting includes SSL management, with AutoSSL on applicable cPanel plans and SSL certificate controls on DirectAdmin plans.
Free assisted migration is available for eligible Shared Hosting accounts. Contact support with the source hosting details so compatibility can be reviewed first.
Domains, VPS and account
Where services live and how they are managed.
Use the KmerHosting Dashboard for your account, credit, renewals and service access. Individual services can open their dedicated management interface from there.
Use the KmerHosting Domain service for searches, registrations, transfers, renewals and supported DNS controls.
LXC uses lightweight Linux containers and is available for workloads that fit container virtualization. KVM provides full virtual-machine isolation; its availability depends on external infrastructure capacity.
Supported services expose renewal controls in the KmerHosting Dashboard or their dedicated portal. Disabling auto-renew means the service will not be automatically charged for the next period.
Billing and support
Pricing, renewals, refunds and ways to get help.
New pricing and renewals are shown in USD. When an XAF conversion is offered, KmerHosting uses the live exchange rate available at the time of calculation. The final checkout, order, or invoice amount is authoritative.
Current Shared Hosting catalog plans do not use an introductory renewal price hike. Any special or legacy pricing condition shown on an existing service remains governed by that service record.
No. Normal provisioning, configuration and ordinary evaluation use of an eligible new Shared Hosting subscription do not by themselves cancel the 30-day guarantee. The Refund Policy lists the services and charges that are excluded.
KmerHosting does not advertise one universal 24/7 human-response promise or guaranteed first-response time for every service. Any contractual support target must appear in the applicable order or service-specific agreement.
Use status.kmerhosting.com for current platform status and incident information.
Use the Support page for email, live-chat and help-center options. Account-specific questions belong in support; platform-wide incident information belongs on the public status page.
Trust, providers and roadmap
How KmerHosting separates its own commitments from third-party scope.
No. KmerHosting is an independent hosting provider based in Yaoundé, Cameroon; its official website is kmerhosting.com. It is not affiliated with KamerHosting.
KmerHosting does not present itself as the holder of Supabase’s SOC 2 Type II certification. Selected KmerHosting backend services use Supabase infrastructure, and the certification statement shown on the site belongs to Supabase’s audited scope.
KmerHosting domain services use DomainNameAPI, which is owned by Atak Domain. Atak Domain is the ICANN-accredited registrar (IANA 1601); KmerHosting is not presented as the accredited registrar.
There is no single universal contractual uptime percentage for every KmerHosting product. A service-specific uptime or service-credit commitment applies only when it is written in the applicable order, plan, agreement or SLA.
The homepage prioritizes services and products that are currently available. Planned work is listed separately on the Roadmap so a Coming soon item is not mistaken for something that can already be ordered.
