KmerHosting combines its own customer-facing systems with third-party infrastructure, registrars, control panels and platforms. This page makes that boundary explicit.
Responsibility boundary
A provider certification or accreditation is shown only for the provider scope it actually covers. KmerHosting does not present third-party credentials as its own.
Customer account experience, billing and renewals, service catalog, service configuration, KmerHosting portals, support coordination and the commercial relationship shown on the applicable order.
Underlying compute, network, storage, control-panel, database or platform capabilities where a KmerHosting service depends on a third-party provider. Their certifications and operational controls belong to them, not automatically to KmerHosting.
Domain registration, renewal, transfer and registry rules can be controlled by the registrar, registry and ICANN policy in addition to KmerHosting billing and support processes.
By service
KmerHosting offers DirectAdmin and cPanel hosting environments. The selected control panel and underlying infrastructure provide part of the technical stack; KmerHosting manages the customer-facing plan, account relationship and service integration.
KmerHosting domain services are powered by DomainNameAPI. DomainNameAPI is a reseller platform owned by Atak Domain, an ICANN-accredited registrar (IANA 1601). Registrar or registry rules may control domain-side actions.
Selected KmerHosting backend services use Supabase infrastructure. SOC 2 Type II statements shown by KmerHosting refer to Supabase’s audited infrastructure scope and are not a claim that KmerHosting itself holds a SOC 2 certification.
KmerHosting sells and manages the customer service and portal. Underlying compute, networking and capacity may depend on infrastructure providers and region availability. Plan specifications shown in the service portal are the authoritative resource limits.
KVM availability depends on external infrastructure capacity. When capacity is unavailable, KmerHosting marks the product Out of stock instead of accepting a normal order.
KmerHosting manages the email-hosting service, plans and customer relationship. Mail delivery also depends on DNS, network reputation and internet mail systems outside KmerHosting’s exclusive control.
Payment processors, Mobile Money networks, card networks, Brevo and other service providers may process a specific transaction or support interaction. Their own availability and processing requirements can apply.
