1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to KmerHosting AI products and AI-assisted features, including conversational interfaces, assistant workflows, code or content generation tools, analysis helpers, and any AI-powered capability integrated into our platform.
It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the stricter rule or the rule most directly related to the product behavior will apply.
2. Intended use
KmerHosting AI is designed to assist with legitimate professional, educational, and operational tasks. Typical acceptable uses include technical explanation, drafting, summarization, planning, documentation help, code assistance, and guided troubleshooting.
AI outputs should be treated as assistance, not as a substitute for human review where the stakes are legal, financial, medical, security-sensitive, or otherwise high-risk.
3. Prohibited use
- Generating malware, phishing content, exploit automation, or instructions intended to compromise systems
- Creating hateful, abusive, violent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content
- Submitting highly sensitive personal data, credentials, secret keys, or regulated data unless a feature explicitly allows it under contract
- Trying to bypass safeguards, rate limits, or platform restrictions
- Using the system to impersonate others in a deceptive or fraudulent way
- Using automated methods to overload the service or degrade availability for other users
4. Data handling
Prompts, outputs, and operational metadata may be processed to deliver the service, monitor abuse, improve reliability, or troubleshoot incidents. The exact retention period may vary by plan, product type, and contract.
- Free or public AI experiences may involve broader telemetry and shorter-form product analytics.
- Paid or enterprise experiences may offer stricter retention, privacy, or training limitations depending on the plan terms.
- Third-party model providers may process prompts when their inference stack is used.
Do not submit data you are not authorized to share.
5. Accuracy and verification
AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or overconfident. You must verify outputs before acting on them in production, especially where the result could affect infrastructure, billing, legal compliance, customer data, or public communication.
- Review generated code before running it.
- Validate commands, scripts, and configuration changes in a safe environment first.
- Cross-check important factual claims against trusted sources.
6. Fair use and availability
Access may be subject to quotas, concurrency controls, abuse monitoring, or product-specific limits. These limits help us preserve quality and availability across free, paid, and enterprise tiers.
7. Intellectual property and outputs
You are responsible for how you use AI outputs. KmerHosting does not guarantee that generated material is free of third-party rights, factually correct, or appropriate for unrestricted commercial use in every context.
8. Enforcement
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to AI features when this policy is violated or when continued use creates risk for other users, our infrastructure, or third parties.
9. Policy updates
AI products change quickly. We may update this policy to reflect new model behavior, new product capabilities, regulatory developments, or new safety requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
