# DirectAdmin Reseller Hosting

> Order and manage Launch, Scale, Pro and Agency DirectAdmin reseller plans from the KmerHosting Dashboard.

## Plans and billing

Order DirectAdmin Reseller Hosting from [Customer Dashboard → Reseller Hosting](https://dashboard.kmerhosting.com/reseller-hosting/). Choose a plan, billing period, optional extra storage and an owned primary domain. You can leave the domain blank and claim an included eligible domain later from [Dashboard → Domains](https://dashboard.kmerhosting.com/domains/).

Quarterly billing receives 5% off, semi-annual billing receives 10% off, and annual billing receives 15% off the plan price. Extra storage is \$0.005 per GB per month and does not receive a term discount.

Every plan includes unlimited DirectAdmin accounts, full panel customization, Imunify360 real-time protection, unlimited free SSL certificates, unlimited inodes, websites and databases, Softaculous with 400+ applications, Multiple PHP Selector, Node.js Selector, Python Selector, jailed SSH access, DirectAdmin REST API access, LiteSpeed Enterprise, Premium Site Builder, overselling, and 100% white labeling. Monthly bandwidth is capped at 50 GB for Launch, 200 GB for Scale, and 1 TB for Pro. Agency has unlimited monthly bandwidth.

Launch and Scale include a free first-year `.com` registration with annual billing. Pro and Agency include a free first-year `.com`, `.net` or `.org` registration with annual billing. A domain benefit can be claimed after the hosting order is paid, at any time during the eligible subscription. Each annual subscription includes one registration; normal domain renewal pricing applies after the first year. Domain availability and registry restrictions still apply.

Launch and Scale include SSL installation and use standard nameservers. Pro and Agency include a preinstalled SSL certificate and private nameservers. Nameserver and certificate details appear with the service after DirectAdmin setup is complete.

## Pending orders and activation

A successful purchase is charged to central KmerHosting credit and creates a **Pending** service while the required DirectAdmin setup is unavailable. The paid order stays pending until a DirectAdmin server URL, API credentials, and a primary domain are available. If you leave the domain blank, claim an eligible included domain in Dashboard → Domains or add an owned domain before activation.

Once server configuration is ready, provisioning creates a white-label DirectAdmin reseller account and service credentials. The service status and DirectAdmin access are then shown in the central Dashboard. No server needs to be configured before the product can be ordered.

## Selling domains to your customers

KmerHosting does not provide a domain reseller account or domain resale API as part of reseller hosting. If you want to sell domain registrations to your hosting customers, implement domain resale through another registrar’s API and account.
